摘要: 介绍了剪切弹簧的受力过程,建立了弛张筛简化的力学模型,通过对系统微分方程组的求解,得到了剪切弹簧刚度的计算公式,通过数值模拟得出了压缩条件下的应力云图和应力应变曲线、剪切条件下的应力云图和应力应变曲线,通过万能试验机测定了剪切弹簧的压缩刚度、剪切刚度变化规律,分析了压缩量对剪切刚度的影响,为剪切弹簧设计计算、选型、调试提供了依据。

Abstract: This article describes the process of the shear spring,established flip-flop screen simplified mechanical model, get the formulas for the shear spring stiffness through the solution of the equations. The stress cloud and stress-strain curves under compressive conditions and shear conditions are obtained by numerical simulation. Spring stiffness and shear stiffness of shear compression is determined by universal tester, the influence of compression amount to shear stiffness is analyzed, provides theoretical basis for shear spring design calculations, selection and testing in future.
